Delivery Times
Once your order is ready for shipment, delivery times are as follows:

Within Canada and the United States: You can expect your items to arrive in 5–7 business days on average, depending on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Local Merch, every product we create is custom-made with care and attention to detail. As a result, all purchases are final sale, and we are unable to accept returns or refunds.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your package is not received or arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement. Please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date or receipt of a damaged package, and include:

Bulk Order Recommendation
