At Local Merch, we aim to provide a seamless shipping experience for our customers. Here's everything you need to know about how your orders are processed and delivered:

 

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.

 

Production Times

Since all our products are custom-made, production times may vary depending on the nature of your order. On average:

  • Branded garments are produced within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

 

Delivery Times

Once your order is ready for shipment, delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Canada and the United States: You can expect your items to arrive in 5–7 business days on average, depending on your location.

Additional Information

  • Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances with shipping carriers.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Return & Exchange Policy

​At Local Merch, every product we create is custom-made with care and attention to detail. As a result, all purchases are final sale, and we are unable to accept returns or refunds.​

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your package is not received or arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement. Please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date or receipt of a damaged package, and include:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Photos of the damaged item(s), if applicable.

Our team will promptly review your claim and ensure a replacement is sent.

Bulk Order Recommendation

To ensure complete satisfaction with our materials and prints, we strongly recommend ordering a single item before placing a bulk order. This allows you to assess the quality and design, helping to confirm your expectations are met.
